Falcon Creek

Tucked along the eastern side of Highlands Ranch, Falcon Creek is an established neighborhood of approximately 200 homes built primarily from the late 1980s through the mid-1990s. The community sits near Lincoln Avenue and Quebec Street, just west of Lone Tree, and is made up largely of traditional two-story homes. Lots are generally around a quarter-acre with some offering about a half acre.
One of Falcon Creek’s biggest draws is its convenient location. Highland Heritage Regional Park is just minutes away, offering expansive green space, paved trails, athletic fields, an off-leash dog area and an amphitheater used for community events and summer concerts. Residents are also close to Eastridge Recreation Center, everyday shopping and dining along Lincoln Avenue, and major commuter routes. Access to I-25 and the Lincoln light rail station is only a short drive away, making Falcon Creek especially convenient for getting around the south Denver metro area.
