Firelight

Falcon Hills Highlands Ranch 2_edited.png

Firelight is a popular neighborhood in the Southridge area of Highlands Ranch, with approximately 1,500 homes built primarily in the early 2000s. The community offers a wide variety of home styles and sizes, from smaller homes on low-maintenance lots to larger properties with finished basements and more spacious yards.
Outdoor recreation is a major part of the Firelight lifestyle, with Red Tail Park on the west side & Paintbrush Park on the east side, Southridge Recreation Center and access to the Backcountry Wilderness Area all nearby. Miles of trails wind throughout the area, while Wildcat Reserve Parkway provides convenient access to shopping, dining, C-470 and I-25. Firelight’s combination of parks, trails, recreation and neighborhood amenities makes it a well-connected part of southern Highlands Ranch.
